UNO Academic Transcript Information

* The following information should assist you in requesting transcripts

Unofficial Transcripts

Unofficial transcripts are strictly student copies of the computerized (after 1985) records on file in the Student Information System. Unofficial transcripts may be viewed by logging into E-BRUNO and selecting "View Unofficial Transcript." You must have a PIN in order to do this. Students were first assigned PIN's (a 6-digit number assigned by the University) in January 1994. Students were issued NU ID's (an 8-digit number assigned by the University to replace the 9-digit SSN) in June 2006. Click here to login to E-BRUNO.

Official Transcripts

Official transcripts consist of the complete UNO student record and are signed by the UNO Registrar. There are two types of official transcripts:
  • Those sent to other institutions and employers.
  • Requests made for a student copy. If the student copy is being forwarded on to another institution or employer, you must ask for sealed copies in the request.
